GRC Professional Tim Dearnley
In addition to coaching at Gwynedd, Tim is Head Coach of Germantown Academy’s club Squash Team and the President of the Philadelphia Squash Racquets Association. A squash product of Brooklyn's Heights Casino and The Hill School, Tim led the Wesleyan Cardinals to back-to-back divisional national championships playing in the number one spot and co-captaining the team.
Tim provides Gwynedd members with coaching and clinics for both adults and juniors. His philosophy stresses sportsmanship and character along with squash skills to help develop better people both on and off the squash court. Work with Tim to improve your technique, foundational skills, match play, fitness, and endurance.
Deep Philadelphia Squash Roots
Tim continues to compete in squash tournaments and is active in local squash leagues playing for the Germantown Cricket Club. Dearnley is a Level 1 Certified U.S. Squash Coach. He lives in Wyndmoor with his son, Mac and dog, Teagen.
